What is the Emergency DIAL-UP modem service?
If your high speed line goes down & you need to get online just phone & we  will set you up with a 56K modem connection. (daily rate $1)

Will this slow down my high speed connection?
While any additional process will slow a connection, customers using our filter service generally report that the difference is not noticeable. We are talking about a fraction of a second generally.

Is there any way around the filter?
Because our Internet filter works at the sub system level it cannot be disabled unless you uninstall with the administrative password. Some people do not even want to know the administrative password.  If this is the case, phone us & we'll assign a new one & keep it for you until you decide to end service.
 
I can't get DSL or cable in my area.
